The Daily Kos reports that the Trump White House is refusing to divulge how much time the 45th President spends playing golf.

 Now this ought to be a trivial issue, but it's not sadly.

 Because Donald Trump waged an ugly 'war' on Barack Obama over the time his predecessor spent on the golf course even though Obama was completely open and up-front about his golfing pursuits. 

But the Trump White House is quite different and doesn’t want the public to know when their man is playing golf or how much this is costing the American taxpayer.

 Apparently the cost is running at millions of dollars in flights on Air Force One around the country for Trump, his entourage and security detail.

 And to add insult to injury because Trump insists on visiting his own golf courses, these charges include $150,000 in Secret Service golf cart rentals which goes straight into the coffers of Trump Enterprises Ltd.

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
